Friendly environment and Good managers.

Gotta like cleaning and talking with elderly people.

Some of the hardest-working people are creating the best teams. Truly loved helping the residents there. Residents' families were typically active in the residents' lives. When I was leaving, it did seem like some people in management were trying to fix things. When you had a good team that wanted to work and help, the work was easy, and it was a really good easy job.

Overworked underpaid. Often, accepted residents needed to go to a more advanced care home as we didn't have the proper equipment to assist them. Multiple times, I worked as the only person on the floor. Management kept or wouldn't fix bad behaviors and habits of staff. It wasn't uncommon to be working with people who refused to work.
