Pros
-good mission -the Homeownership Center staff really cares about their clients
Cons
-there is no real HR department, which makes reporting any complaints extremely difficult and there is little to no follow-through -there is little interdepartmental communication -supervisors are not communicative & there are not clear expectations -Covid-19 policies were unclear -young women: Do NOT apply to work here. It is an uncomfortable environment at best.
