      Our State is a good magazine to design.

      Cons

      Office politics and gossip are terrible, especially for a small office. Classic it's not what you know, but who you know.

      Lots of guidance; they're super helpful and eager to teach you; lots of trust in interns from fact-checking to proofing to interviewing and writing in the actual print magazine!

      Unpaid :( but other than that it's amazing!
