Paid time off, calm atmosphere, great managers. Great place to get your feet wet in the Recruiting Industry as you will recruit for positions in nearly every industry under the sun. Managers are great and work hard and are fair.

Great learning experience. The managers and owners are nice people and very professional.

The pay is less than half the national average in an area where the cost of living is above the national average. Its a lot of work. Only 30 minutes for lunch. Unrealistic goals for projects. They do offer incentives to meet goals, but not able to receive because the clients hire the company to figure out why they aren’t getting any quality applicants. Either they don’t pay enough or they ask too much as far as travel or working hours. This is not within your control and makes it difficult to meet goals and gain incentives.
