Not great - IT Consultant Manifest Solutions Employee Review

My position was fully remote via placement with Gap Inc. as a consultant. The onboarding is simple, easy, and everyone is very polite and accommodating (I was able to squeeze my onboarding in a small window as I was moving from Ohio to California). The rate for the contract was excellent and my recruiter went the extra mile to ask for a potential renegotiation as I was moving to a higher cost of living area.

My only con to working with Manifest is the health insurance seems to be a tad pricey and they seem to switch benefits coordinators often. Also, I am more of a hands-off consultant, so I appreciated Manifest for checking in with me at the outset of the placement and only truly reach out to me when the contract expiry date is approaching. This may be off-putting for some folks.

Pay and Benefits are good.

There are not many cons
