      Pros

      24 days of accrued vacation time. Full benefits including 401K with matching. Health, dental and vision as well.

      Cons

      Pay isnt that great, and some departments dont exist at local auctions, only at corporate in Atlanta. Unless you reach management levels, you're probably not making more than $20/hr so it's best to not make this your long term career path. Best if you're still young in your career.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, and plenty of volunteer time, if you need extra money in your pocket - the ability to use your cell phone - have a lot of freedom without people looking over your back directly. But they're constantly scouring the lot watching. They call it policing the lot

      Cons

      Little room for advancement unless you are young - managers act like they're bi polar smile at you one minute and give you a dirty look the next - GM is very toxic and is a liar. Compensation is only slightly over minimum wage - company makes billions in profit - work outside in every weather condition, whether it's pouring rain and 5° or sunny and 100°
