      Good pay, friendly employees and always something to do. Everyday will be different and not boring. Accomodating to your personal out of work responisbilities and shift preferences.

      Cons

      Could provide better training. Personal selling can sometimes be a bit of a pressure.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
