      Pretty decent part time pay. $10/hr. Reasonable and flexible shifts. People there are friendly and nice.

      Like every other workplace, sometimes there might be gossips but it's normal i guess.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
