      Pros

      A very good team. Laid back atmosphere, not very stressful, a very pleasant place to work.

      Cons

      Salaries a very bad, no benefits except bonus (which no one knows how it works), no new stores in Ireland, which means that people are stuck in their positions or they leave the company in order to make a progression.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
