No guidance from higher authorities Owners are not bothered about the employees Hr doesn't do anything to help employees You have to literally beg for salary hike and confirmation to happen Senior authorities are full of attitude and ego and don't bother listening to others. Way too much work politics Hr is baised During your interview rounds they make fake promises of offering good salary hike and later on deny on saying any such thing. Very unethical and unprofessional environment Too much pressure and no learning It's a literal waste of your time and money (none you get)
