A great company to work for, with many benefits and a very pleasant atmosphere. During my three years of working there, I had many opportunities for growth and development, including attending exhibitions and training sessions.

As a downside, I would note the lack of an opportunity to regularly work from home, for example once a week.

Great work environment with a supportive team; If you’re motivated and put in the effor, there is career growth. Mancala has started covering courses to support employee development, big plus for me good benefits (like a free multisport, pluxee cards, etc) , and there’s also a lot of travel involved
