      Amazing place to work, MM really listen to the employees and allows lots of personal growth.

      Cons

      This is only a small issue but more communication of what is going on with the company would be helpful, such as weekly or bi weekly email updates.

      At this time the only pros is that it is a remote company

      Cons

      Managing Matters was a great company until Association Headquarters acquired it. MM now follows the American way of things so no time off between Christmas and New Years, there is no hour lunch it is now 30 min, There have been lay offs and now everyone is fearful that they are next so the company moral is very low. The reporting structure has changed drastically so there is no small personal company feel anymore and everyone is being over worked.
