Working environment here is something that I have not experienced anywhere else. People around you are driven, motivated & curious. This creates an exceptional place to grow professionally and enjoy your day-to-day work. There is a bunch of different opportunities in terms of learning, including Onboarding, Post-Onboarding, School of Sales, High Potential program to name a few. All of these have equipped me professionally for success at Management Events during my career growth. I highly recommend Management Events as a working place - it is the best one I've experienced during my life.
Cons
Sales is in the core of the company, Management Events is not place for people that are feeling like they a not willing to put in the work to reach results. If you feel insecure about a sales driven environment, this might be a con.
