Orientation was a disaster. The whole process was disorganized and felt rushed. I was given a "gold standard" template that I was instructed to follow, only to later be told by two different leads that it was wrong.
Lack of consistency across training. I never knew which direction to follow as there were constantly conflicting instructions. It seemed like no one was on the same page, which was incredibly frustrating.
Trainer issues. My primary trainer was often sick or out at appointments, which resulted in many lost hours spent, or with the trainer distracted by their phone. When the trainer was out for a week, the interim trainer was extremely rude and condescending, making me feel like I was wrong all the time. The replacement trainer did things completely differently, and neither trainer followed the gold standard template.
Communication was a mess. What was said in emails didn’t match what was being communicated in person. This lack of alignment just added to the confusion and frustration.
The entire experience was the most frustrating and uncomfortable training I’ve ever had in my career. I never felt comfortable asking questions or seeking clarification, as I was always made to feel as though I was in the wrong.
Overall: I wouldn't recommend this company if you're looking for structured training or a supportive environment. It was chaotic, inconsistent, and honestly, it felt like a waste of time.
