I've been at MMIT for 3.5 years now. I started out on the Business Development team and have been able to expand my role and earn a promotion to the Healthcare Sales team. The culture at this company feels like a family! Everyone truly cares for each other and cheers you on when you make a sale. It's very positive and rewarding to be working for a company like this. There are so many opportunities and paths to grow and expand your skills. All of my managers have been supportive at exploring my interests and guiding me to new paths and opportunities within the company.
