Pros

beautiful office, great location, and very nice people which creates a good work environment. Offers some nice activities for employees to interact

Cons

Too top heavy, no middle management therefore leaves no room for upper ward mobility for entry level employees. Salaries are low and increases are extremely minimal. Management fires too many people and changes direction all the time- its like a revolving door. Too much focus and power given to upper management, employees don't feel valued.

Pros

Some of the people are pleasant to work with and sometimes there’s bagels.

Cons

If you’re looking to build a career with modern technology and transferable skills, keep looking. The company’s technology is incredibly outdated, and innovation seems to be more of a buzzword than an actual priority. Instead of learning industry-relevant tools and processes, you’ll spend your time mastering internal systems that have little value outside the company. On top of that, the salaries are way below the market and there is very little to no career advancement here. The culture feels more like high school than a professional workplace. Cliques are everywhere, favoritism is hard to ignore, and collaboration often depends on whether you’re part of the “right” group rather than the quality of your work. Senior leadership is a joke. They make plenty of promises about improving culture and embracing change, but very little actually happens. Office culture continues to suffer, technology remains years behind the rest of the industry, and employees are left wondering if anyone at the top is paying attention. Turnover is at an all-time high, whether it be people leaving for better opportunities, or the multiple rounds of layoffs this summer. There are far better places to work if you want to develop real, marketable skills, work with modern technology, and be part of a company that’s actually investing in its people and its future.
