The CEO is the best I have ever worked with. He really cares about his company and his employees. There is a great benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k. The management team is great. They are really on top of things at this company, and the management team will let the employees know of upcoming changes. The people are very nice, and patient, and everybody works very well together. There are Christmas bonuses, and every year there is a employee review with a raise included
