      Customers are kind and tips generously. Nice customers makes working there less stressful.

      Cons

      Heavily relies on the customer’s tips to make up half your salary because corporate doesn’t want to pay their workers. Also no 401K, health insurance, or any benefits besides for a few pointless sign-ups.
