Horrendous management Zero career movement. HR is an absolute mess, so is the hiring process. Senior management do not communicate Way too many cooks Poor leadership No movement/promotion or career path/no future (unless you are related to someone that works there) The office smells like faeces. (no really) On the outside Mamamia looks great, do not work here. You will regret it.
