Pros

No pros.. Just that atleast they give you good words in the initial.. Hire you... And then turn out to he fake later

Cons

All the recent good reviews have been forcefully told to write. So you can relate how it can be a 100 percent original brand... When even the reviews are also fake. Complete dumb HR who does things as directed by senior manaGment and act as puppet..dumb puppet that too. Without analysing and forming a bridge between the employees and the management, they are paid for acting dumb and not setting a right culture. Forget about culture.. And Do not get on the recent reviews..chck the recent attrition rate from any employee... You will get a true picture. Senior management considers you donkey...and will make you slog hours and hours.days n nights...they make you feel that they have owned you.. As if they are the only company in the world who pays an employee (peanut salary if we just consider start-ups) .higly unreliable policies .

Pros

1. Great opportunity for learning. 2. They do have great work culture & supportive seniors special thanks to Siddharth Bhatnagar (Senior Brand Manager), Syed (V.P. Media Team), Mohit (Media Team), Arush (Media Team) & Harshit (Media Team). 3. Highly motivated team. 4. Every day new task, projects and challenges provided that helps us to learn and grow. 5. Working Days - 5 Days On-Site. 6. Never faced delayed in Salary 7. Meal and shuttle service provided by the company from Office to 55-56 Metro Station.

Cons

1. No Training Team. 2. They didn't hire entry level candidate in Brand/Category Marketing Team. 3. Free Meal is only for Interns 4. They do layoffs instead help them to scale up. They put zero efforts on their employees. 5. They promote "Think We Before Me" quote but very few of them do actually follow this. 6. For Interns - its happen twice they give their final clarity are they converting their interns as full-time employee or not. I feel its a very bad tactics they are following.
