Pros
The individuals that make up the technical teams are super talented and easy to get along with. If you come here you will make some great friends. The kind of friendship and commoraderie that is only formed when trying to survive with one another in a toxic work environment.
Cons
The list of cons is far too long. It starts with the three partners. These individuals lack common human decency and management skills. There’s no growth, transparency or opportunity. You will not gain respect. You will not be seen as an asset, just a set of hands and you will work overtime just to weed through the tangled web of communication that could have easily been solved by having some respect from your employers. The partners view themselves as overlords. They don’t get their hands dirty. It’s an old way of doing business, one that doesn’t fit with the progression of the world.
