Teams here are very tight. It is fairly simple - if you come to work, and come to work on time, help customers and have a good attitude, you will do well. It isn't rocket science. People come to work and stay here - it's stable. And people refer other people to work here because they enjoy it.
Cons
Company has grown quickly over the years, so changes to processes and systems can be a growing pain.
