Pros
Colleagues across all departments are some of the best that you will find anywhere; most don't live nearby, but pull early mornings, late nights, and overtime/holidays depending on the hotel's needs. Pay was decent (i.e. they gave me what I originally asked for) and a good place for recent college grads like myself to gain work experience.
Cons
Limited benefits (e.g. only medical); no employee parking (not even valet can park their cars on property), making it very easy and even common for employees to get ticketed for minor traffic violations; currently undergoing transition of ownership.
