Pros

Huge potential for progression here. Young and ambitious, the team want you to succeed and give you every possible opportunity to do so. The commission structure is intuitive and fairly reflects the effort you put in. You're assigned a wide variety of tasks across several different media and brand niches, making every day new and exciting. Plus the onboarding process is rich, varied, and suitably challenging.

Cons

Can't fault them - has been a great experience to date.

Pros

You are provided with a substantial amount of agency right from the outset. This enables you to explore your own ideas, exercise control, and take on responsibilities. Consequently, this results in a workload that may not be suitable for everyone, but the rewards are immensely satisfying. This experience has propelled my skills well beyond my initial expectations. The Managing Director (MD) upholds high standards, but he takes time to arrange 1-on-1 informal meetings for each of his employees to provide support. Further support is given by VP and fellow analysts. Furthermore, a clear progression path exists that can fast-track you to positions that might not be easily attainable in other companies. The company places a strong emphasis on valuing its employees and recognizes and rewards those who demonstrate hard work and genuine passion for their roles.

Cons

Not able to work remotely

Pros

None. This place is a horrible.

Cons

Toxic work atmosphere where getting berated in front of your team is a regular occurrence. The CEO and guy leading on the quant team are both horrible, tone deaf, and abusive. I got penalised and let go for leaving at 5pm and this was cited as a reason for me not passing probation. Minimum feedback and growth opportunities. Doing your job is essentially a Darwinian experiment because you're left to figure things out on the spot. I have no idea how these guys haven't gone bust already due to their horrible and shady business practices.
