Strong Employee Engagement – leadership values staff input, involves every single person in the strategic cycle, provides clear and transparent communication on business updates and does not shy away from answering tough questions at the monthly townhall. The company is also committed to CSR and does a lot to give back to the community.

Inspiring founder with strong values and a genuine commitment to the firm's culture - big on philanthropy.
Approachable and down-to-earth CEO who fosters a positive and open company culture.
Great new London office - looks FAB!!
Most people are easy to talk to, management is very approachable and is fair when it comes to 'give and take' (if you're flexible and work hard, you don't need to worry about taking some downtime when needed - this is in fact encouraged, to prevent burnout!)
Flexible leave and weekly WFH.
Lots of training available for juniors and some really talented people that are more than happy to sit with you and share their knowledge.
Cons
Keeping up with technological advancements (e.g., the adoption of AI and automation tools) and staying ahead of the curve would enhance efficiency and maintain a competitive edge.
The learning curve can be steep for those new to the industry. A more structured onboarding or training programme could help bridge the gap faster, which I know is already work in progress.
