Pros
MKS is a small, collaborative work environment. Everyone is expected to do their part, but is given the freedom to manage their own schedule and have flexibility in when and where they work. MKS works hard to promote the culture we want to bestow on our students: a good work ethnic, fairness, and respect to everyone.
Cons
>MKS needs to prioritize the curriculum and student experience over expanding to new locations. What has given MKS a competitive edge is their curriculum which is quickly becoming outdated. >Though MKS does strive to address issues as they come up, for being an educational institution (for-profit) I am surprised there are not more policies and procedures in place to protect students and staff. It seems that procedures that worked when MKS was a small, new startup have not been updated. > I worry about the balance of non-technical to technical staff given this is a software immersive program.
