Makerdemy Response
9yDear reviewer, thanks for your inputs.
Here is my take on what you consider as cons -
1. Pay is considerably less - If you really felt so, you need not have joined. At the end of the day, I do not remember compelling you to join. If you feel so entitled, what stopped you from joining an internship that paid you more?
I promised you a certain stipend for the internship. If you felt that was low, why join in the first place? If you join, why whine?
As the founder, I am committed to building a business that attracts the very best students that are interested in embedded systems, AI, IoT etc. We certainly are not interested in attracting people who accept the rules of the game and still whine.
2. I did not promise any team-oriented project. Makerdemy is not an extension of college. We prefer people who are independent learners and doers, who see the internship as a mutual win-win.
