They do have a schedule system that is very comfortable and allows a good work-life balance.

- Most of the highest positions in management are for portuguese men, specifically, and management overall is inefficient, careless and very passive, they won't do anything to improve. - Lack of interest in enforcing or implementing a healthy enviorment for everyone (loud office, bad work relationships between departments, lack of professionalism, astonishing lack of communication). - Communication is not a thing for them, from teams communications to HR changes to company benefits. No communication. - There are no salary increases. They change the base payment to make it according the law and make changes to the bonuses, but the reality is that there are no salary improvements. - Low meal card allowance. - No additional payment for transport or dislocation. - They don't fire people, even when they have proved they do not have the requirements it takes for the job. - People who has been reported to HR for sexual assault has been promoted. Several people, several times.
