Nothing pros in this company I'd say if you know how to bucket management then you will surely survive. One set of useless people are playing politics in the company. management will welcome with redcorpet later just eye wash politics
Cons
All is not well, don't join this company and spoil your future. You will be interviewed by one German who makes too many promise and never keep. Recently many layoffs due to no money in company, soon door will closed
