Pros
- Very flexible company with great opportunities for career progression. - They keep everyone in the company quite well in the loop with any upcoming changes with a weekly company update. - Very focused on making sure employees are happy with employees satisfaction surveys & yearly performance reviews.
Cons
- Under staffed in vital areas of the business, which puts a lot of pressure on the current staff there. - Due to long serving members of staff (which is a great thing), you can find that people can be on completely different salaries when they do the exact same job, or in some cases a worker can be on a higher salary than their line manager which doesn't make sense to me. - Some divisions of the business are rewarded and acknowledged a great deal i.e. company incentive Ski trips, yearly conferences, a lot of mentions in the company newsletter.. while others seems to be forgotten and left to just get on with it.
