Pros
Work with incredible group of technicians and builders - usually kids 18-35 who love video games and tech. Play with a ton of really awesome hardware parts. You'll learn a lot very quickly. Small, tight-knit group
Cons
Upper management is uneducated and untrained. Normally this wouldn't be too bad but they really don't take the advice of anyone and are too conceited to realize that there are better ways to do things. Lots of position shuffling and turnover (mainly due to management) Low, low, low pay. $14 an hr for something that would make $50-65k in bigger companies
