      Pros

      Latest technologies, good products, you can really learn a lot; Oriented to engineering, I did not see any "politics" in R&D department;

      Cons

      Management does not understand that this is not a startup that will suddenly grow 1000 fold.

      100% "white" salary. Additional health & dental insurance for employee and their family. Friendly atmosphere, interesting work, other benefits.       Cons

      Some people says that company's management switches them from one task to another one too frequently. I didn't see such downsides at least for me. I don't like that our Managing Director (VP Operations Russia) plays to the gallery.
