      Good pay and a nice break room.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. They only care about themselves and are very narcissistic. They do not really care about employees that are under them only how they look themselves. They are not flexible and do not provide much time for you to learn a new environment. You are expected to be the expert almost immediately. There is no balance between work and home life. They act like they own you. STAY AWAY from here!

      Pros

      A personable and family-oriented place to work. Main Street's monthly events for their employees are very generous, impressive, and kind. Your coworkers are always respectful and people you can joke around with. Laughter is a daily occurrence at Main Street, and the company work culture is unmatched.

      Cons

      One of the downsides of working at Main Street is that we could be paid more. Several people in the back and front have other jobs to support their families. But a lot of people do that because the work culture is so great that they don't want to leave for a higher-paying job/career,
