Pros

There were snacks in the office.

Cons

Current leadership falls under one individual who overworks employees, does not understand email and has created a toxic work environment. Diversity is relatively non-existent and any communication or feedback to HR is blatantly ignored. If you do decide to work at Mailgun, expect to be overworked, under paid and to be part of the constant turnover.

Pros

Mailgun is a great company to work for. There is a great work/life balance, you feel appreciated by leadership, and the work is satisfying. The PTO plan is also amazing.

Cons

It could be that career advancement might be slow, but you have to put in the effort for it.

Pros

Great product market fit with a strong offering in a competitive niche

Cons

Sales leadership has since changed, but 0% of reps hit quota (and it seemed to be designed this way to underpay reps)
