Pros

Working at MailerLite is phenomenal! The culture is incredibly supportive and everyone truly lives the core values, fostering an environment of collaboration and mutual respect. I feel secure with the stability and work-life balance that the company emphasizes. ML culture is one of the best aspects of the company. It's inclusive, encouraging and full of positive energy. One of the most enjoyable parts of the job is the collaborative atmosphere and the opportunity to work with such a talented and passionate group of people from over 40 different countries.

Pros

One of the main benefits of working for this company is the remote work option and the flexibility it offers. This is a significant advantage, particularly for those looking for work-life balance.

Cons

- Despite being a tech company, the compensation is average, and there seems to be little room for growth in terms of salary. The company does not appear very willing to pay competitively, even with relevant experience or performance improvements. - Personal growth in your role heavily depends on your team lead and the dynamics of your specific team. If you're unfortunate enough to have a passive or overly micromanaging team lead, your career development and day-to-day work experience can be significantly impacted. This lack of consistency in leadership can make it challenging to thrive and become demotivating after a while. - This is not necessarily a con, but it is worth mentioning here: Company values and company's frequent emphasis on them. While core values are essential, the constant push to reinforce them at every opportunity can feel repetitive. Sometimes they felt forced and overwhelming.
