      Pros

      It is an easy job. You make sure commercial printers stay up and running. Duties involve changing toner/ink and other user replaceable items, clearing jams, delivering paper and ordering inventory. You work independently as management is not on site.

      Cons

      Pay is very low. Yearly increases max at 00.25 per hour & after getting up to $12.75 per hour you cannot get anymore increases.

      Pros

      The owners are very friendly. They understand the importance of family. They allow you freedom to grow within your position and are willing to listen to any ideas for change. Paid vacations and personal/sick time.

      Cons

      Not really any cons to working for this company. I would stay forever if I wasn't moving out of state. Oh, 1 con...no health insurance.

      Horrible management, concerns aren't taken seriously, supervisor picks on people, mailroom is unorganized and dysfunctional, poor training
