There are a million amazing things! Everyone works in teams, so no one is left taking care of everything for others. There is lots of room for advancement in position and pay, be it little jumps or larger moves. You are in control of choosing if you would like to move up. I started out cleaning and have moved up to be the office manager. I wouldn't trade this company for the world! Paid drive time between homes Closed on weekends Closed major holidays (Memorial day, Fourth of July, etc...) Involved owners Amazing team members Lots of communication They really listen when you have suggestions or changes that you think should be made. The owners always go above and beyond to take care of the team here. They really care about everyone as an individual!

The only downside would be if you like having a schedule that is set in stone. I absolutely love how the schedule is quite fluid, so every day is something a little different, but it is not everyone's cup of tea.

NONE, NO BENEFITS, NOTHING. NO BONUSES. You work for literally nothing

There were none. The girls were awful, they tell you to do one thing then report you to management for doing it, they made me come in on my days off to have a "meeting" with them. They also never sent me my last check or my W-9 causing me to call the IRS and reporting them. I got both my check and W-9 after that phone call!
