Poor management, no diversity, no chance for advancement. Management problems are "swept under the rug" while the everyday workers who are trying their best are held accountable for the problems. (Doesn't make sense). Management needs to take a very close look at themselves, because the issues begin there. After a number of years working there I left because I lost all respect for the sr. leadership team
