Pros
Pay was decent, there's a lot of variety in jobs available and the work was relaxing like any other cleaning job.
Cons
Started getting much more negative feedback and pressure upon us by a wave of new management. Texts too often to do this or that, be better at this or that - all while always being given not nearly enough hours to perform the tasks asked. There are better, more chill cleaning companies to get work from without feeling someone breathing down your neck. Used to be good, but now feels stressful.
