Pros
I came into Magnus after they acquired the company I was working for. The fact that everyone of my coworkers retained their jobs and in many cases job promotions during the acquisition speaks volumes about the culture at Magnus. All of my new coworkers are great to work with and the company still manages to have that 'family' feel. People really care about one another here. The pay is on the lower end of the competitive side. They provide ample time off in the form of PTO, holidays and company breaks. Magnus just transitioned to a new CEO and he is always acting in his employee's best interest as well as the company's.
Cons
Work hours can be long at times. This is not mandatory and not really a big con. Everyone has a great deal of passion and wants to see their hard work come to fruition, so there are times when the work/life balance is off. I will say that the new CEO has been great at trying to restore this balance for his employees. Insurance is probably the biggest con. The plan is not great and pricier that other plans I have had.
