Very well kept place with a beautiful setting and scenery. The therapists are great.

Those higher on the chain seem to be power driven by money.

Pros

You can make very good money until someone notices you're making more than they ever intended to pay you.

Cons

Management here will encourage you to believe you've been accepted into this "happy family". You'll be encouraged to believe you are cared for and working amongst friends. If you believe all the extra hours, your dedication and "loyalty"= Job security, your best bet is to go home - ON TIME, and at least once per month remind yourself you are in America - not Narnia - keep your resume updated, stay in touch with who you are outside of your job and remember that your employer is not your friend. Unless you actually are family, these people, like every other, will never have the capacity to live up to their promises. I was promised I would "never have to look for another job" on countless occasions. I worked myself to burnout and into illness and was encouraged to do so. Any attempts to discuss the inevitable exhaustion that came with this job was met with either ridicule or anger that anyone could possibly feel anything other than gratitude and appreciation. They'll "love" you until you need to take a sick day or attempt to take care of yourself and you'll be expected to make working for them the number one priority in your life. As my headline reads, you'll just need to watch your back with this company if you decide to work here. Snakes in the grass are around every. single. corner. Don't let anyone tell you they believe in a healthy work/life balance.
