Pros
I really enjoy most of my co workers, there are a lot of workers who truly care about the residents. I have seen some building improvements lately. The managment staff has changed slightly and I believe it was a change for the better. Pay is better than most of the local competition.
Cons
- Their low staffed continuously. Due to hiring younger, less experienced staff which you'd be able to attract with better benefits or incentive package. -
