- Salaries at Magnite are despicably low, compared to the competition. Raises and promotions were far and few. There were too many instances where undeserved promotions were awarded, while deserving individuals were continually snubbed. The CEO’s bullish attitude toward wfh is laughable, especially when the company felt like a collection of individuals that happen to work together, rather than a team. Happy hours and other team building activities were non-existent, which makes an office mandate that much more meaningless.
