Most corporate employees are incredibly kind and hardworking people. Everyone is extremely passionate about what they do and eager to help. Great place to learn early in your career as you will do a little bit of everything. Extremely flat organization and doors are always open.

Very hard economic times, extreme pressure to perform at all levels. Everyone is burned out and underwater. Culture is struggling with recent merger. In office only. No wfh ability except for high level management.
