Pros
The good thing about working here was realizing the type of company I would like to avoid in my next job. It only gets better from here.
Cons
Heads up to anyone considering working here:
* It’s an open office setup—you’ll need to “prove yourself” for years before even being considered for a private office.
* The salary may seem decent at first, but it doesn’t match the workload. Expect frequent overtime and weekend work.
* Most of your team will be fully remote, yet you’ll be required to be in-office—often being trained by people who aren’t even physically there.
* Work-life balance is a major issue. You’ll likely be expected to work during vacations due to constant deadlines and excessive tracking systems. There was even a time when employees couldn’t take PTO until after a full year—that alone says a lot.
* The environment feels heavily micromanaged. Concerns raised by the team haven’t led to improvements—just more tracking and oversight.
* Turnover is high, which speaks for itself.
