Pros
- This job let me travel the world full-time and live very well in many countries with a lower cost of living. - My Coaches were all incredibly friendly and supportive - especially Coach Nice! - Fair pay, easy way to make bonuses and one of the few ESL companies that still offered raises. - The material was fun and lively and there was plenty of time for extensions and getting to know the students on a personal level. - Group classes flew by. I used to open every single hour of availability and this by far was the easiest and most enjoyable job I've ever held. - I could wear pajama pants and avoid commuting!
Cons
- Honestly, there weren't many for me. I'd say the worst thing was that there weren't more hours available to work. VipKID offered the opportunity to teach 18+ classes in a row. I always had hoped to have that option with Magic Ears.
