I have been working with Magic Crate for last 2 years and have an amazing experience when it comes to the culture, income and growth.. Being a performance driven organization, i am very happy and content with the rewards and recognition that we get when we do well. You can always look up to your manager when it comes to any help needed with work, they do give that comfort.
Cons
Have to at times strech or work on the last sunday if numbers not met, but thats ok :)
