Insecure and incompetent management team. Focus is on the smallest, pettiest and most pathetic obsessions as opposed to doing anything to actually rebuild a business that they have thoroughly destroyed. I have never worked for a group of people that are so totally out of touch with the reality of how the teams are feeling. Firing 30% of the company and then proposing we go off on a 3 day “team building trip to Bintan” is disgusting and distasteful.
