Pros
Clothing allowance, accomplished senior management, travel opportunities, easy to get to know everyone bc the corporate office only has 30-ish employees,
Cons
No HR. Disorganized. If you weren't apart of sales or design, you didn't belong to a team and didn't have access to a mentor. My position helped multiple departments but was not considered a part of a specific group, so it was unclear how to prioritize my time. One of those offices if you left too close to 6:00pm, someone would make a passive aggressive remark.
