      Politics, gaslighting, bias, credit grabbers, and pointing blames to others. Poor decision makers, project are delayed due to many unqualified designers, engineers, and consultants. Not a healthy working environment Zero benefits. Poor culture and values Racism High work lod but less salary Zero benefits
